Refund policy
Listing fees pay for advert review and marketplace placement. They do not pay for or guarantee the product being advertised.
Eligible refund situations
A refund may be considered when a payment was duplicated, the payment succeeded but no advert was created because of a verified technical failure, or the service could not provide the purchased listing package.
Non-refundable situations
Fees are normally not refunded when an advert is rejected for breaking marketplace rules, a seller changes their mind, an item sells early, or incorrect information was submitted.
Requesting help
Keep your Paystack payment reference and advert details. Refund requests should be submitted promptly and will be reviewed before approval.
